Wanna Get Away?

Work took me to Savannah over a weekend for meetings associated with a conference. Barrett decided to tag along. Neither of us had been to Savannah, so why not?!?

 We enjoyed a quick visit to the Cathedral, but celebrated Mass at a smaller church in town.

 While I was stuck in a windowless conference room for three days, Barrett got out and about, visiting Tybee Island and Hilton Head, SC! At least he shared his pictures :)

We enjoyed LOTS of good food in Savannah, but we both agreed that the best meal we had was at the Treylor Park, a new-ish restaurant on Bay St recommended by some of our DC friends. These PB&J wings were amazing. And this is NOT the pregnancy talking.
